Your Mindset Is Powerful

Yesterday I was meant to marry the most amazing guy, things didn't quite go as planned, to say I was upset and disappointed would be a understatement. It was simply one of things out of anyone control. I have decided that there are two ways I can view what happened and how I can react to it. I can feel sorry for myself and make a big post on Facebook in great length about what happened and my feelings but to me this type of behaviour would fed into my disappointment, my anxiety, which is not good for my mental health. We all need support when things don't go as planned but I don't agree with putting my whole life on second life for those to judge and have thoughts on.

We also must always be aware that what we put out, and be aware and mindful of our own thoughts, when you have anxiety like I do, at times we cant trust our own outlook, we convince ourselves at times the sky is falling, we fight with our own thoughts, and demons in our own heads.

I chose to look for the bright and good in life, even though my wedding did not go ahead.... I have a great guy in my life, our wedding will be amazing and rebooked so keep a eye out.

My best advice for everyone who is going through something is don't dwell on things, things may not always go as planned, you may not get the results you wanted, people wont always tell you want you want to hear or do what you want, but working yourself up over things is doing yourselves more damage, you can only control your own mind set and how you deal with things and your own mental health.

As always love and peace xoxo
